Ariel S. Reinitz
Ariel S. Reinitz has been affiliated with Kohn & Associates since 1999 and assists our corporate, university, and start-up clients with all matters relating to domestic and international intellectual property protection. Mr. Reinitz holds significant experience in the computer software and internet industries, and specializes in software, information technology, telecommunications, and internet-related intellectual property matters.
Mr. Reinitz received his B.A. in Computer Science from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Prior to coming to Kohn & Associates, Mr. Reinitz worked for several New York City-based Internet start-ups, gaining an understanding of both the technical and business considerations associated with this new and novel communication medium. Mr. Reinitz later spent time developing software at JPMorganChase, one of the world's largest banks, gaining an appreciation of large-scale software development, as well as the ever-increasing role that software and technology play in today's workplace and global marketplace.
