Linda M. Watson

Linda M. Watson serves of counsel to Kohn & Associates, specializing in business litigation. Her expertise lies in the areas of contract disputes, business torts, employment law, trade-secret violations, competition lawsuits, shareholder actions as well as patent litigation support and trademark challenges.

Ms. Watson’s practice includes representation of entrepreneurs and small to large privately held business entities as well as public corporations. Prior to venturing into private practice, Ms. Watson was a law clerk to the Honorable Roman S. Gribbs at the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Ms. Watson graduated with honors from Detroit College of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review. She is a member of the Business Litigation Section of the Michigan Bar, the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Women’s Automotive Association International-Detroit Chapter.
